Founded in 2024 and proudly registered in Kiribati, Quadem is a locally rooted software development company building high-quality web and mobile products. We have earned the trust of local clients by delivering practical, reliable systems shaped around their goals, operating realities, and cultural context.
AI may make coding faster, but dependable software still demands experience, sound architecture, and disciplined execution. We do not use AI as a substitute for expertise. We combine it with proven technical capability to design secure, scalable solutions that solve the right problems and create lasting value.

Approval
A BLP Approved Advisor since 2024.
In 2024, Quadem became a Business Link Pacific Approved Advisor, the only one for digital solutions in Kiribati. Approval is not automatic: BLP assesses an advisor's credentials, technical expertise and delivery record before admitting them to the scheme, which is funded by the New Zealand government.
For clients, that approval is independent confirmation of the standard we work to, and it is what allows eligible businesses to apply for subsidised support on our services.
Business Link Pacific
The subsidy, in short.
Business Link Pacific covers 50% of approved advisor work for eligible Kiribati businesses. That is the difference between quoting a system and quoting half of one.
