What you send us

The enquiry form on the contact page asks for your name, your business name, your email address, an optional phone number, how many staff the business has, what you need, and a description of what you are trying to fix. You choose what goes in that last box, so please leave out anything you would not want in an email.

If you used the eligibility self-check first, your four answers are attached to the enquiry as well, so we can see where you stand in the BLP pathway before replying.

Where it goes

Straight to Quadem as an email, through our form host, Netlify. A copy stays in the Netlify dashboard so nothing is lost if an email goes astray. It is not written to a database, it is not shared with anyone else, and it is never sold. We keep enquiries as long as they are useful for the conversation they started, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

The eligibility self-check

The four questions on the BLP subsidy page run entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere, nothing is stored, and no result is recorded. Your answers only ever leave your device if you carry them into the enquiry form and send it yourself. It is advisory only: BLP confirms eligibility, we do not.

The hidden field on the form

The form carries one field you cannot see, which exists to catch automated spam. People never fill it in, bots do. It collects nothing about you.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Nothing follows you around, and there is nothing to opt out of.

Other people's websites

Some pages link out to Business Link Pacific, KCCI and other organisations. Once you follow a link, you are on their site and their privacy terms apply, not ours.
