The problem
Onboarding new staff and interns relied on scattered PDFs and slide decks read in isolation on personal laptops. HR could not track completion, verify understanding, or monitor progress, while commercial LMS options were bloated and cost-prohibitive.
What we built
A streamlined, cost-effective internal LMS tailored specifically to the organization, allowing HR to assign content authors, enroll learners, track module completion, and trigger reminders, while learners take mobile-friendly quizzes and pause or resume lessons on demand.
