The problem
Rebranding from Digital Kiribati to reflect an expanded organizational scope, the team outgrew their basic site and required relational content linking, better publishing tools, and ongoing performance insights.
What we built
A custom headless web platform using Astro and Strapi that replaces the legacy WordPress site, featuring relational content referencing between projects and initiatives, built-in analytics, and OpenGraph social integration.
The outcome
A high-performance, easily managed platform that mirrors the NGO’s broader mission, connects related impact stories seamlessly, and allows leadership to track visitor engagement.
